Not in love with your AVA’s? 

AVA will gladly accept returning items within 14 days but only with the following condition:

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags and hygienic label still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Please allow up to 7 business days (after we received the package) for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
